Greg Harm is the curator of this virtual museum, an author, photographer and researcher whose work on Lee Lawrie began in 2000. He has photographed the work across the United States and published the first book devoted to Lawrie’s largest commission.
Raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and based in Austin, Texas, Harm brings a researcher’s discipline and a photographer’s eye to an artist who has been too often overlooked.

In 2009, the Omaha World-Herald profiled Harm and the publication of Lee Lawrie’s Prairie Deco during the 75th anniversary of the completion of the Nebraska State Capitol’s Lawrie sculpture.
The story traced how Harm’s 2000 encounter with Lawrie’s Atlas at Rockefeller Center led to a sustained study of the artist and the Nebraska State Capitol.
